It is with great pleasure we bring to you today, the first EP from the hugely talented Martin Dubka. In light of this exciting occasion Martin has had a chat with Andrew from Harder Blogger Faster about the EP’s video which features Alan the Dancing Misanthorpe, as well as what he has planned for the rest of the year and what’s it like to have Vito De Luca (Aeroplane) as his boss. You can read more on that here.

Martin Dubka’s “DEATHWISH” EP is out on 31st March on Aeropop.
The video features Alan The Dancing Misanthrope, a frequenter of the London clubbing scene.
"When people talk about ‘records’ I usually picture a piece of vinyl or an mp3 on my desktop. I tend to forget records are in fact, just that. Documents. Artefacts depicting how we saw the world at one moment in time. Our feelings may change but perhaps they will ring true for another listener at some point.
In a bathroom somewhere in Dalston, I mumbled the lyrics to Deathwish into my phone. That was how I saw the world at that moment. The futility and the romance of nightlife.
When I think about clubbing in London in 2014, I see my friend Alan dancing on his own at the front of XOYO.”
- Martin Dubka, March 2014

We might as well have found these tracks on a cassette, in a yard sale somewhere out of Chicago’s South Side, but we didn’t. Here’s €urocrats (Aeroplane + Dimitri From Paris) ode to primal house and their second outing on Aeropop.
”Once it goes black, you never go back…”
We might as well have found these tracks on a cassette, in a yard sale somewhere out of Chicago’s South Side, but we didn’t. Here’s €urocrats (Aeroplane + Dimitri From Paris) ode to primal house and their second outing on Aeropop. Black Hole Bass comes with a 606 and a 909 version, because, why not ? The 606 version, complete with bongos and vocal chops is sexy as fuck, while the 909 take is what it says on the tin, with squeaky acid and endless snare fills for those peak moments. Both come with an already classic vocal, warning you that “once it goes black, you never go back…”
Remix comes from good looking Chilean hero Alejandro Paz from Comeme, who sends the track into warehouse territory with his signature sound that we love. Isn’t that awesome ? It is.
